This is the saddest thing I've ever seen. 30 years and they haven't been able to come up with a plan for these type of situations? I was already pissed that they didn't have a plan....that was before I found out the SAME FUCKING THING has already happened before.

Having plans to solve problems doesn't make money. Claiming that serious problems are unimaginable, and cutting corners instead of taking the safe path makes money...especially when cleanup liabilities are limited to a measly $75M.

I was all set to *promote another excellent video about some of the history surrounding this disaster, but I'll have to get back to that one when my points recharge.
