It's a motherfucking Roast, bitches and gentlemen! (Wtf Talk Post)

mas8705 says...

Its been a while since I roasted someone, so I maybe a bit rusty...

You know something, that hasn't been talked of yet is the channel that Mr. Fisk is in charged of, Controversy...

We all know that Mr. Fisk can be off his rocker at times, but what drives a man to be in charge of something like controversy? From what we can deciper from what Mr. Dotdude shared, I picked some of my favorite quotes from his 500 acceptance speech...

1) And to think, I was nearly permanently banned my first month here:
Meaning that this guy shouldn't be here in the first place? Not even one month on videosift and people were already trying to get rid of this guy... I mean seriously, compared to what he has gone through when he first started, this roast is pretty much a cakewalk...

2) Next up, I'd like to thank the rest of y'all suave mofos, for watching, upvoting, and appreciating my twisted sense of humor. And finally, I'd like to thank myself. It wasn't as easy as I made it look, pinpointing the greatest underground rap videos (often foregoing the luxury of thumbnails), locating full episodes and movies (the internet is public domain, so far as I'm concerned), posting political videos that I disagreed with but refused to ignore (how many did I take from you, qm and billo?), and of course, the controversy:
Can you believe that this was only three sentences? Besides writing an extra long sentence at the end that a grammar teacher would frown on (not like I have anything going myself with my three periods...), He acknowledge people as "Suave Mofos." Congrats people, when he hit 500 he complimented and insulted you at the same time and not many people can do that... He then goes off by saying reasons why he should have been banned, by confessing how he uses Licensed Underground Rap videos, full episodes and movies, political videos that discredit people, "and of course, the controversy." How is this man Ranked 39!?! He admitted that he lied, cheated, and stoled to get to where he is today!

3) What I found (Videosift), was a galaxy of videos, which have entertained, educated, appalled, and bored the fuck out of me:
I love how he puts "bored the fuck out of me" at the end since this indicates that while he was, "entertained, and educated" he was really "appalled" by videos he has seen and overall bored of what some people attempt to post... Mr. Fisk is saying that doesn't like you or the videos that you post people... Only a few things amuse him, but overall, he just, BORED!

4) Yes, I've been controversial in the past, it's in my blood, you see? But I think the community, as a whole, is able to realize that I'm more of a civil-siftdisobedient than an outright siftarchist. I'm delighted to earn this meaningless achievement:
And we reach the end where he finishes his confession. He is a controversial man, he enriches his heritage of causing problems for other and is a disobedient troublemaker who embraced a honor by saying it is meaningless... Truly you are someone who sets a good example... An example of how to be an evil mastermind trying to throw people off by confusing and angering others...

O and did I forget to mention that he I peddles cigarettes and booze for a living... I went ahead to look up the definition of peddle and here it is...

ped·dle/ˈpedl/Verb
1. Try to sell (something, esp. small goods) by going from house to house or place to place.
2. Sell (an illegal drug or stolen item).

That's right people, he sells illegal cigarettes and booze from place to place!! You make me sick and I hope to get in on that action once you are found and brought to justice... Keep up the good work so that when you are finally arrested, you will have so much evidence against you even your lawyer will try and find you guilty... Thank you!

((In all seriousness though, Mr. Fisk, keep up the great job, the videos you find are great to watch and if you haven't posted the controversy channel, videosift still be brainwashed moron with no direction to go... Thank you and I hope you didn't get offended, but then again that is how roasts works right?))

Are you tired of Windows, Mac and Linux / Unix?

I did some digging around since I found this guy's personality to be intriguing... from what I found he's off-the-deep-end religious, off his rocker in his ire for Linux AND networking in general, and is generally ego-driven and makes internets only to promote this OS... anyone so much as says 'boo' and he freaks the hell out.

so says osdev.org,gamedev.net, Dr. Google, and his own site.

Fascinating!

This guy is off his rocker. Income taxes were WAAAAAAAY higher on the rich during Kennedy's administration. Most current democratic representatives are to the right of Kennedy economically.

When the cops come knocking don't open your door!

NordlichReiter says...

It's all work until someone doesn't go home, because they were stupid.

Stormsinger, they were not knocking on the door. They were banging on the door with, what sounded like a baton. When someone bangs on the door to my house, not using the doorbell, I generally feel as through something is wrong. The covenant on my house states I only need to answer the door when someone rings the doorbell.

The last time I opened the door for a Police officer, not Sheriff, I stated clearly; "What's the nature of your business here?" I called the cops to talk about a suspicious vehicle parked near the intersection, and I still asked her that way. This cop was wearing her tactical vest, tazer, extra magazine pouches, leg holstered side arm. Did I mention she was left handed? That is not something you see every day. In-fact she looked like a QRU officer, which is called a quick response unit; very popular after the bank robbery in LA. Also known as QRT, quick response team.

Moral of the story is, you should always tape or record any conversation you have with a police officer. Know your states laws. Always inform he officer that they are being video and or voice recorded for legal purposes.

Alas, if you have a warrant for your arrest do not skip out on it. That will cause the people who support you more trouble then they need.

Something more than just "a bit off her rocker"...because the first thing I do when someone knocks on my door is grab a video camera. Something doesn't smell right, and not all the problems on are the side of the cops.
I did get a real kick out of the comments on the TV station's site. Virtually all of them were more or less illiterate. To judge by those, Kern county is a veritable hotbed of stupidity and ignorance, on -both- sides of this dispute.

Read the story he posted along with it. It seems to make a bit more sense. And maybe she is "off her rocker" but if what she is claiming is true and what this Alan dude is claiming is true, they've got a mighty problem on their fingers.>> ^Stormsinger:

Ok ... the woman is a bit off her rocker but bail enforcement officers don't require a warrant and have the power to use the police for the purpose of searching your home?

"I have a bench warrant."
"I don't actually need a warrant"

This is some fucked up shit.

First things first: Beer tasty. Bipartisan agreement at last!

Second thing is, Firedoglake is pretty much off its rocker at the moment. They're following the underpants gnome philosophy of political activism:

  1. Demand single-payer health care
  2. Oppose all Democratic reform plans for being too moderate
  3. ???
  4. Strongly progressive health care passes

I can see why you find this appealing, since you yourself follow the underpants gnome philosophy of political activism.

I wanted more from the bill too, and I'm annoyed Democrats didn't pass something more left wing. However, I never expected to win all the battles all the way all at once.

This is about as maximally market based as it can be without utterly tossing out the goal of increasing coverage and making things better for the poor. From here, the only way we're going to go is more and more left, so be careful what you wish for when it comes to problems with this bill.

The mandate is only going to get firmer if too many people cheat the system. If premiums keep going up, we're going to be talking about more stringent price controls, not a return to denying people with preexisting conditions. Your choice from here on out is privately managed socialism, or government managed socialism -- and if privately managed keeps being a total boondoggle, we're going to wind up with Medicare for all (yay!).

Oh, and the FDL myth thing is a mixed bag of true statements that merely mean the bill isn't perfect (e.g. "the bill isn't universal", it only brings us up from 82% coverage to 92%, and the bulk of the remainder are undocumented immigrants), and things where they are at best being misleading.

For example, under #4 they say: "it will impose a hardship on most middle-class Americans." They say this because their choices will go from paying $13,100 for health care or $0 for nothing to potentially facing a penalty of $2,085 if there is a qualifying plan available on the market for less than $5,243/yr and they still don't buy insurance. However, they fail to mention that if there isn't a qualifying plan available that cheap they don't have to pay a penalty at all. For there to be a plan that cheap, prices would have to drop 60% from where they are now -- and no one thinks they will -- which means this bill puts no "burden" on them at all.

In fact, if this family chooses to buy insurance of their own accord, they'll find their choices are vastly improved. Thanks to subsidies, the most they'll have to pay in premiums is $6305/yr (9.5% of income), compared to $13,100 they'd be paying without reform, and they will still pay no penalty if they decide not to buy insurance.
