Agents Discover Gold And 1/2 Million In Senator’s Home

newtboy says...

Lol. You’ve got to be kidding! Still?
🤦‍♂️ “You’re” bob. 🤦‍♂️ The word is you’re…as in you are. If contractions are too hard for you, don’t try to use them. This is second grade English stuff even in public schools, and failing to speak English as well as an average third grader can says mountains about your ability to learn facts.
Your own gullibility is constantly on display for all but you to see, paired with your unbelievable ignorance it’s pretty funny quite often. 😂

You don’t see ANY crimes from Trump, even those he’s been convicted of, but because I say it hasn’t yet been PROVEN in court the Menendez cash was bribes, you say I’m denying it. Trump has been found guilty in multiple courts, guilty of fraud, theft, charity theft, lies, rape, racist redlining, tax evasion, etc. So silly bob.

I posted the news about Menendez, dummy. I’m hardly denying it. 🤦‍♂️

I’m pointing out the difference in response to the credible accusations. When they’re against a Democrat like here, Democrats ensure the accused is immediately removed from duty so he can’t continue to sully the office.
When Republicans are accused, Republicans just deny it until they can’t, then ignore it by pointing to someone else and “what about him”ing, even with no evidence against the accused, then pretend the crime isn’t a crime (like stealing top secret military classified documents then hiding them from subpoenas and lying under oath). They absolutely never remove their criminal members from power, only Democrats care about criminal behavior in their ranks enough to vote to remove it. Trump and Santos are both examples of that, but far from the only ones. Republicans don’t expel criminals, they protect them and cry “witch hunt” and never acknowledge all the “witches” that have already been caught, convicted, and put in prison.

Funny, when foreign businessmen just hand Trump hundreds of thousands in cash (or hand his family literally billions as pure bribery) you don’t think twice….you think they just like him? It’s not out of the ordinary for local businessmen to give large sums to politicians….it is odd to give gold bars and cash, but search Trump’s house, what do you think is there? His gold just comes in toilet shape. Trump did take many official gifts to the president from foreign leaders…these also were not his to take, they, like the stolen state secrets, belong to the people, not a person.

Bwaaahahahaaa. School teachers!?! What delusion are you suffering now? I know you distrust teachers, your education level proves it daily. You would do well to get some information from teachers, it might make you realize how idiotic the randos on the internet are selling you nonsense, nor how idiotic you are to believe it. Try a real source, not biased randos that make a living selling lies to idiots. Er mer gerd. You are too funny. Now teachers are the enemy….along with gays, trans, liberals, Asians, refugees, the media, unions, Latinos, centrists, immigrants, natives, RINOS, Ukrainians…who is left in America that isn’t your enemy for something, bob?
I don’t get my current affairs information from “teachers” bob. I learned critical thinking and how to do research and vetting of sources from teachers, you obviously did not.
Maybe read this and learn something… https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McDonnell_v._United_States
It wasn’t directly for Trump, it was directly for the benefit of a Republican governor, granted, but it made it far more difficult to charge him with accepting them.

Trump was not POTUS when he illegally stole top secret classified military secrets…he was Ex POTUS. Even the president may not possess top secret classified military documents. Ex presidents cannot have any classified documents, even the current president cannot take them from a SCIF without going through the complete declassification process. You learned what you think you know about the law from the guy who is blatantly breaking it. He’s also a convicted liar…he’s lying about the law….blatantly.
It’s clear you know it and don’t care…facts are for liberals, fantasy is for MAGgots.

If you watch his interviews, he’s gone from “I have every right to take classified documents” to “I declassified them” to”they’re automatically declassified when I take them” to “I think I’m allowed to take them”….but never any excuse for violating multiple subpoenas or for lying to the fbi about still hiding more, or attempting to destroy the evidence, or for showing these sensitive documents to anyone who would listen to him blather, including registered foreign agents for hostile foreign powers (China).

Biden and vP Pence both immediately cooperated when asked to look and return anything they had, despite Biden being the president and legally allowed to personally have most classified documents and the current power to declassify or pardon himself for any breach (according to Trump), Trump lied and actively hid the military secrets he stole in a convoluted scheme to defraud the American people again and sell state secrets for cash and favors from foreign powers like Saudi Arabia.

Every time you claim “witch hunt” they seem to convict dozens of MAGA witches.
The real witch hunt is hunting Joe. Targeting private citizens for congressional investigation after congressional investigation to try to impugn Joe, and so far every one has failed. Just like Clinton. Now the biased persecution has him defending silly gun charges that are absolutely never charged alone and are only ever used to give convicted drug kingpins more time…but still haven’t found a jaywalking case against Joe.

Again, moron, I posted the video about this democrat being caught in a bribery scheme he’s certainly guilty of….I simply said there’s exponentially more evidence against Trump, much already proven in court, and nothing proven against Menendez yet. This causes you to lose your shit and throw a tantrum. 😂

There’s zero evidence Joe Biden committed any crime. None. Years of investigations have turned up nothing at all, nada, zip, zilch. 😂

Every measure of a president disagrees with you. Biden didn’t have a negative gdp for any year. Biden’s policies created 13 million jobs, he didn’t lose 3 million. Biden has strengthened our relationships internationally and stepped away from our enemies. Trump added $8 trillion to the debt, Biden $3 trillion so far…so 1/2. Biden policy ended the epidemic and lowered death rates significantly, Trump policy was so bad that it lowered life expectancy of Americans significantly and created millions of new disabled. Trump promised infrastructure week but never delivered, Biden secured the biggest infrastructure investment since the freeways were built, republicans all voted against it and are now taking credit for all its benifits.

Lol….now Santos is the same as Fetterman? Explain that….again I know you can’t. Fetterman has health issues, but no criminal activity. If health issues are disqualifying, 90% need replacing. (Or is it because he wears sweatshirts and shorts?). But to the right, being a repeated thief from invalid elderly patients, a fugitive, fraud, and liar about everything he’s ever said is only as bad as once having had a stroke you’re now recovered from…no moral or ethical or legal component to your thought process.

You are such a joke, little man. Not one bit serious. Hyper exaggerating anything you think you have on democrats, completely ignoring the fraudulent terroristic child rape gang you belong to. Here’s a reminder…

White supremacist Kenosha County Sheriff david beth

Mordhaus says...

I didn't buy anything. There are multiple videos that aren't being shown on most news sites.

Youtube is banning them as fast as they get posted.

Here is one: https://youtu.be/NSU9ZvnudFE

This is from Newsweek(https://www.newsweek.com/kyle-rittenhouse-sef-defense-murder-protests-1528301) who had access to the videos:

How the Kenosha shootings unfolded
In the wake of the shootings, several videos appeared on social media showing the moments before, during and after the first shooting took place.

In one video, Rittenhouse is seen being chased into a parking lot by several people while still armed with his gun.

One man then fires a gun into the air from several feet away from the 17-year-old before several others shots are fired.

In another clip from a different angle, one man seen chasing Rittenhouse appears to lunge at the 17-year-old before the suspect fires at least four times.

A body, later identified as Rosenbaum, is then seen on the ground and is assisted by another male. Rittenhouse appears to make a call on a cellphone before fleeing.

It is unclear why the 17-year-old was being chased in the first place. The parking lot is reportedly around several blocks away from the area he previously claimed to be protecting with the other armed men.

Later on, Rittenhouse is filmed being chased by more people down a residential street. He is seen stumbling and falling to the ground.

One person appears to stomp on him on the ground, before the 17-year-old fires twice, hitting Huber in the stomach and another man, Gaige Grosskreutz, who was carrying a handgun, in the arm.

According to the criminal complaint, an eyewitness video shows Rosenbaum chasing Rittenhouse and throwing what was ultimately determined to be a plastic bag at the suspect, not an incendiary device.

"Rosenbaum appears to be unarmed for the duration of this video," the document adds.

In response to Parkinson's tweet, New York Times columnist Jamelle Bosuie noted: "I have been seeing this everywhere on here. It is an explicit argument that if someone is trying to stop you after you killed someone, you can continue shooting and killing in 'self-defense.'

Parkinson added: "Why leave out during the 2nd shooting, after Rittenhouse trips, he was jumped by several men, including another armed protester, attacked by a skateboard—prior to firing more shots?"

The man holding the skateboard was Rittenberg's alleged second victim Huber, who died after being shot in the chest.

***You'll notice that even some of their videos were removed/banned***

I'm not saying the kid was in the right 100%. He definitely committed the crime of being under aged with a firearm. He shouldn't have listened to right wing calls to go defend property in a different state.

What we have is a kid who heard people shooting, got scared, a 'protester' threw what he thought was an incendiary device at him and he shot that person. He then tried to flee to the police line and you can read what else happened.

Here is the tweet that shows the survivor wishes he had just mag dumped his glock into the teen: https://twitter.com/mrandyngo/status/1299086141329563648

Gaige Grosskreutz, 26. Hes a member of the People’s Revolution Movement. He has numerous encounters with the police but I couldn't find a felony. This was his biggest charge: Go Armed with Firearm While Intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor, Wisconsin Statutes 941.20(1)(b).

Anthony Huber. https://wcca.wicourts.gov/caseSearchResults.html (for some reason it wont link, you can type his name in to see all, but here is one specific one https://wcca.wicourts.gov/caseDetail.html?caseNo=2014CF000057&countyNo=39&index=0)
Online arrest records show Huber was arrested several times on battery, drugs and other charges. He also had a case from 2012 where he was convicted of domestic abuse strangulation and suffocation and false imprisonment with a dangerous weapon, both felonies. Other charges – for second-degree recklessly endangering safety, battery, and disorderly conduct – were dismissed but read in.

Rosenbaum had an open criminal case on battery, disorderly conduct and domestic abuse charges, according to the Wisconsin Circuit Court website. (https://www.nydailynews.com/news/crime/ny-kenosha-victims-identified-as-anthony-huber-joseph-rosenbaum-20200827-zvrsv7fpqfftlmjyrtjrmg5wwa-story.html
)

As far as right wing people showing up and pretending to be Antifa, I suppose anything is possible. But most of all these looting and rioting things have been going on since all this shit broke loose months ago. I doubt very much that all of these 'peaceful protestors' are RW loonies. Clearly the 3 that were shot in Kenosha weren't and they were all part of the groups rioting...I mean 'protesting.

There are more videos if you want to find them. Shoot me, N Rosenbaum is seen attacking and throwing something at Kyle. You can see a gun fired as well by someone else. Videos show them chasing a fleeing person, who at that point is being attacked by them. Skater boi was beating him prone with a skateboard. 'Medic' Grosskreutz was carrying a fully fucking loaded Glock 17 and grabbing Kyle's rifle.

You know I don't make up shit like Bob does. But I do look in multiple places to find out what I can before I say something. Like I said, the kid fucked up, but I 100% believe in his mind he was defending himself and trying to reach the police for help.

newtboy said:

Sorry, you seem to have bought the right wing antifa lie. Where did you get this explanation?

Most people caught shooting or committing arson were dressed as antifa but were in fact right wingers, largely boogaloos boys, who's plan is to commit crimes and blame antifa and BLM in hopes of sparking a civil (and race) war. Nearly 100% of shootings and fully 100% of attempted bombings fit that model.

Because someone wears a black facemask is no indication they support antifa. If they're armed, it's a near guarantee they are anti antifa.

1) the kid came from out of state with armed friends intent on confronting unarmed protesters with guns, you don't do this to protect a random gas station, you do this in hopes of shooting someone.
2) he sure didn't look like he had been sprayed as he ran from the murder he just committed, hands were on his weapon or above his head, not covering his face like a sprayed person.
3) white pedophile? Explain please....how would you know...because he had a 17 year old girlfriend?
4) white guy in a crowd of black men shouting "nigger"?! Doesn't sound right, and I haven't heard it in any videos, but are you saying that excuses the militia boy shooting him and others?
5) gunshot from Antifa?!? Now I know you're duped by right wing media. Antifa is pretty hard to identify unless you're dishonest and just call any black mask wearing person antifa. Also, what evidence is there of this single gunshot from the BLM crowd?
6) he was NOT running to police lines, he was running past them. He didn't stop at them and say "btw, I just shot at least 3 people and maybe more when I just shot into the crowd.", he just walked on by, still carrying the smoking gun.
7) again, where are you getting this info?

8 ) in short, a cowardly murderer who crossed state lines heavily armed who shouldn't have been there but went looking for trouble, started a fight, murdered another man, ran away armed pointing his gun at many uninvolved bystanders, shot and killed those trying to stop an armed murderer (should have emptied that glok if it existed) so he shot one, murdered another and fled the scene, the city, and the state without ever reporting that he had shot at least three people and killed at least two.

I hope he gets sentenced to life in prison, his dad too if they went together, he went heavily armed to a protest hoping to shoot some liberals, he did, now he wants to use the fact that some citizens tried to disarm and citizens arrest him after he shot someone in the head as an excuse for both murders and the other shootings?! And you buy it?!?

I'm so extremely disappointed you would buy such obvious self serving slant where the out of state multiple murderer who travelled armed looking for conflict is the victim.
That's totally asinine. I have much higher expectations for you.

Again, references for these claims please.

There is NO "reason" to hit a woman? - Bill Burr

newtboy says...

Self defense is a perfect reason to hit anyone, regardless of gender. There's no reasonable excuse to hit someone first (unless you're boxing).

According to a Harvard study, 70% of one sided domestic abuse is perpetrated BY women, not against women. When both sides participate, it's about 50/50.
http://newscastmedia.com/domestic-violence.htm

It seems that teaching women to not hit is ignored in favor of teaching men to not hit.

I'm sure she has some valid points but the fact-checker in me has to ask about the sources of the statistics for "100k to 140k males raped in prison" and "almost half the domestic abuse victims are men". Something more than "studies have shown". Doesn't take away from her speech so much as it makes me tune that part out the same way I would when Bill O'Reilly is shouting big numbers at his guests. Especially when she rounds it up to the higher estimate of 140k towards the end.

Connie Britton's Hair Secret. It's not just for Women!

newtboy says...

Not true, and that's why I posted the actual definition, rather than my personal feeling on what the word means. Then we can all start from the ACTUAL definition(s) rather than just making some up and arguing about it.

Your second paragraph/sentence makes no sense at all to me, and sounds like a disjointed red herring/straw man/bad attempt at creating a false argument you can shoot down....but it's so all over the place it's unfollowable.

You continue to confuse feminism with Feminism, and also continue to paint all Feminists in the worst possible light based on a few overboard examples rather than describing the normal, average Feminist.
For instance, many Feminists see pornography and prostitution as empowering and taking control of their own sexuality, and it was actually prudish anti-feminist men who tried to censor it in the courts.

In fact, there ARE many people in the civilized world who still think women don't deserve the same rights as men in many areas, and insist they are unable to perform tasks men can perform, must be coddled and subservient, and are lesser beings based purely on gender, despite all evidence to the contrary.

It's only because of this continuing misunderstanding on your part that you claim anyone said anything like "The implication, in any event, that this is somehow a novel position, for which we have feminist advocacy to thank... "...you are again confusing feminist with Feminist, and using the wrong one. We don't have Feminist advocacy to thank, we do however have feminist advocacy to thank for the advancements in women's rights...it's what the word means.

It doesn't sound at all like you 'appreciate the attempt at consensus building', or even understood my point, since you continue to conflate feminism with Feminism. I can't be certain, but it seems you are doing that intentionally in order to argue a moot point.

EDIT:sorry, I thought I quoted you @gorillaman, so I'll cut and paste....

10 Hours of Walking in NYC as a Woman

dannym3141 says...

Harassment is a bad thing, but I feel very sorry for anyone that does not engage in general pleasantness, and finds phrases like "how are you?" and "nice day!" to be a form of harassment. Worst still, to chastise and publicly present them as harassers on youtube .. what sort of lowlife do you have to be to do that? I don't care how many actual harassers you caught, that is not an acceptable method so put the net away and get the fishing rod out.

I say things like hello, nice day.. And if i'm in a queue and i think of something to say that i think someone might find funny or help someone out, i'll say it. I don't expect a reply, but if there's a fun person around then it might pass the time better. I asked someone of the female persuasion at my pool the other week if they were looking for the sauna (slightly hidden away) because i heard her talking to what i assume was her husband about the sauna. I do that for old men, old ladies, fat blokes, skinny women; all sorts.. i offer men and women help out of the jacuzzi if they need it. Her reaction was to say "No..... WHY?" very pointedly.

Well you know what? Fuck her - i did something nice and now she's the one that's being rude to others. I cannot fucking stand the high and mighty attitude of these people, as though they have never been guilty of accidentally doing something other people didn't want them to do. As though they have an inbuilt capability to read the motive of other people. Obviously i offered to explain the location of the sauna because i wanted to have sex with her in it (yeah, sex in a disgusting public sweat box & burnt genitals, my favourite), god forbid someone actually be nice to someone else. I felt like being rude back, but that'd make me worse than her.

There is a very fine line between being an activist against harassment, and being an unhinged arsehole who goes around over reacting and getting the wrong end of the stick and hurting people who were showing genuine honesty. I'm so sorry if you've been harassed in the past, but you don't see victims of domestic abuse blaming everyone that looks/talks at them funny in the street for all the pain they've suffered - which is substantially more painful and personality-warping than the average activist blogger jumping on the "trigger-warning" bangwagon.

Harassment exists and this blanket of "harassment" that these videos engender for all sorts of shit is distracting us from that issue, and to some degree turning people against the issue..... I mean, if i get unfairly treated like a scumbag for years by "mostly" women who assume i'm harassing them, do i get license to make videos about it and complain about women as a whole, judging every action of every woman to be one of harassment because of my own insecurities? That's why these kind of videos are so poorly received @EMPIRE.. the majority of the content is the videographer sneering at people for being pleasant and exchanging niceties, why should people laud that kind of behaviour? I expect that behaviour to be discouraged by women as well and i'd forgive them for taking more notice of the fewer examples of harassment than i did, because opinions are a bit selfish by nature.

And i didn't even question the validity of the supporting cast..... I'm sure Rob Bliss (OF ROB BLISS CREATIVE DOT COM EVERYBODY FAVOURITE AND LIKE PLS) would have no desire to help make this video more interesting! I quote his own philosophy here from his website, he believes in "giving people the content that they want." Interestingly worded remit... Why does no one ever question the source if it's a "reality" video? The guy practically states in his "approach" section that he aims to pander to people, he doesn't want to challenge viewer opinion...

Walloftext, sorry, but i don't like the sentiment of this video, and i will not let people in the comments tell me that i am a bad person for doing so - these are my reasons.

Protecting and Serving in Minnesota

It is a common tactic with police, i believe everywhere in the world that not complying when you have every right to do so will lead to an escalated action.

Here in Finland, they have to have a search warrant for entering and searching your home. But the trick here is, there is an exception in the law. Basically it says that in special circumstances, they don't need a warrant. Refusing a search can be considered as suspicious, a special circumstance and hey presto: they can now search your home. The loophole is there originally to stop destroying evidence or to give possibility to stop domestic abuse. As such, it is logical but how it is being used in conjunction with non-compliance, is just wrong.

Depends on what you mean.
If you mean are the prisons some kind of sci-fi dystopia where the prisoners are left to fight it out, then no, it's not legal and the authorities took a pretty dim view of this commercial.

If you mean the ad itself, I can't find the details, but I seem to recall it was banned by the advertising standards people, which meant it was immediately shown on the news and thus seen by far more people anyway.

Personally, as much as beating the shit out of women beaters and rapists appeals to me on a gut level, I don't agree with the message.

Even if I doubt I'd shed many tears over them, prisoners (even scumbags) shouldn't live under the threat of violence.

That said, the ad succeeded brilliantly. It was just the right amount of controversy to put the topic of domestic abuse back in the spotlight, and frankly, that can only be a good thing.

Absolutely, men are abused, and absolutely that fact needs much more attention, but the situation for men and that for women is not the same. On average, men are stronger, which gives them a kind of power in a relationship that most women do not have. When we focus on domestic violence perpetrated by men, we are mainly focusing on acts that stem from that power. That is a fundamental and Important part of the reality, and lumping all discussion of domestic abuse into the same gender-free pile would do a disservice to our understanding of the topic.
You imply that because there are other evils in the world, that this one should receive less attention than it does. That's not the case. What the captain was saying shouldn't be tempered; if anything should be amplified. Violence and other abuse perpetrated by women against men deserves special focus As Well. If you find a good video about that, I'll happily promote it.

Indeed, and half of it will be committed by a woman against a man. There is a presumption in our culture that domestic violence is committed by men against women when, in fact, it is committed by *people* against other people. Lets not perpetuate the myth that men are evil, violent thugs who deserve a pat on the head if they manage to suppress their biological urges and get through the day without beating up their partners, and women are sweet angelic creatures who couldn't possibly hurt another living being.

There's likely domestic abuse going on right now within 3 miles of where you live. Probably even from the most upstanding citizen, who pays his taxes and goes to church every sunday.

It happens everywhere, not just in sand country.

Aren't most people against violence against women? How many brutes are fans of Star Trek?

Tell it to the muslims, they seem to have a problem dealing with women.
