That’s the deal she offered under the first time offender program…cooperate, fulfill your lengthy probation and community service sentence and fines, and the charge is expunged. Until then it’s deferred. Fail to fulfill all the requirements or fail to fully cooperate with the prosecutors, you’re a felon and your probation gets revoked and trial starts, likely with you remanded. That’s how it works.

I would agree, they all should serve prison time so in that sense I feel it’s a small loss for justice, but also a bigger win.

They had been offered immunity deals with no fines, no probation, no community service, no guilty plea to felonies that stick if they don’t fulfill every requirement and no referral to the bar and instead went this route with all those repercussions and still are cooperating now. Sure sounds to me like they all lost big for no good reason.



The point is she now admits under oath that there was never any of the evidence she claimed, never a stolen election, and they knew it. She’s going to cooperate prosecuting the big fish, and will likely be disbarred for her lies.

This is his best defense…pretend he’s on trial for nothing because they have no defense to the charges. It’s not going to work.

Today’s MAGA treason- Jan. 6 insurrectionist Chris Alberts confessing while taking the stand today in his own defense at trial that he had a concealed weapon with 25 hollow point bullets when he violently and repeatedly attacked law enforcement at the Capitol. So much for your claims they were unarmed, as if that hadn’t already been proven false time and time again.

I completely agree that both were screwed over. I happened to be talking about the vets because the phrase 'thank you for your service' seems completely hollow to me. Maybe it's a cultural thing that I can't see from the outside.

If they excused that by saying it's intended to memorialize the dead officers, I think that excuse would seem ridiculous and hollow....but that's just, like, my opinion, man.

Many high school books deal in explicit detail with murders, torture, kidnapping, being buried alive, dismemberment, etc....but these prudes flip out at the mention of sex. You are assuming it's a high velocity rifle. It's likely only 9mm, meaning minimal impact and penetration.

A .40 cal pistol with hollow point rounds can do exactly what you describe as well. Just because it's a "rifle" doesn't make it any more deadly or dangerous.

If there is one thing I have learned from cinematography, NEVER believe the lighting condition! it is insane how many night scenes are shot in the day and color corrected to night in the final.

I think the cgi-ness is our brains trying to associate what we see with what we have seen in the past. This vehical seems to be;

a) Super light weight hollow body
b) DC motor driven
c) all electric

It is literally a big boy version of modern RC helicopters which also exhibit weird looking physics because the motor totally overpowers the mass of the body.

Obviously most of the footage is of the only way this vehicle can hover, on its back. Being all electric and light, the flight time is likely only minutes.
